Our promise to you
Feed will curate the tastiest freshest food and deliver on time to your special event.
Payments
Payments must be made in full before delivery of order to your event. For large events 50% prior to the event and 50% on the day.
Seasonal Produce
All our menus are handmade using fresh local seasonal ingredients. This means to keep things real we may need to switch out ingredients to accommodate for the seasons. We will never compromise flavour, quality or dietary requirements. We do our best to keep our website updated with seasonal changes.
Dietary Requirements
It is the customers responsibility to inform Feed of any dietary requirements. If you are unsure if Feed received your request please email or call Feed to confirm. Feed will always email a confirmation outlining your dietary requirements. If you don’t hear from us please contact us.
We take dietary requirements seriously and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs. However, all our products are made in the same kitchen where gluten, nuts, eggs and diary are present.
Confirmation Email
If you do not receive an order confirmation email and invoice please contact Feed. We would hate to miss your order.
Order Times
Orders made online need to be placed 72 hours prior to time of delivery. For all orders that do not meet this time frame please contact Feed directly on 0413 478040.
Minimum Orders
There is a minimum order of $200 for each order placed online.
Delivery
Important: we have a set fee for delivery in Perth Metro areas. Please check your suburb is on the list if you can not see it please contact Feed to confirm we can deliver to you. For all other suburbs and rural catering needs please contact us to discuss your how we can assist.
